I had called and spoke with Kevin to get a broken window repaired not knowing my partner had already set up for someone else to already come get it done, but I still feel compelled to leave a review because I was treated so well. I was having trouble finding companies to come fix it. Kevin was honest and said he couldn't guarantee someone to come out today but had availability Monday and if he could get someone out today he would. He also was able to give me a quote over the phone. I spoke to Dan to cancel and both gentlemen were very friendly and helpful. I hope to not have another broken window

Bruce came and worked at our house. He did an amazing and wonderful job. Our sliding glass door had a giant spider crack in the base and they had it fixed within 2 days. Me and my husband were in awe, he even made the door work better. We were completely satisfied with the time, the price, efficiency, and professionalism. I would recommend pacific glass and door to anyone, especially if you get Bruce!

Recently, we hired Pacific Glass to repair our patio door that was sticking.
I called on a Monday, 2 repairmen appeared at 11am on Tuesday and were finished by Noon.
Their work was professional as well as quality work. As they say..."you get what you pay for"....
I wouldn't hesitate to call they for future work.

We recently purchased our home in Tucson. Searching for a window replacement company with a solid reputation was very important for us.
