Honest, conscientious and knowledgeable. During the sale of a home we discovered the glass in the master bathroom window was not tempered. Tim Crandall gave me a quote for the glass replacement, but also offered me another option, which was to have a safety and security window film made by 3M put on the window. It was significantly less expensive to do that and it brought the window to code. This is the kind of company Crandall Window and Glass is--ethical

I contacted Crandell Glass in hopes they would come to Tombstone, AZ to give me an estimate on window screens and a few retractable screen doors. I figured since a sizable job, and a family owned business, they might. I spoke with Jose who said they would charge me a $225 trip charge to measure and estimate. He said that would be credited if I used them but another $225 would be charged when they came back to install. I thought it was a little high priced but went forward. Very conscientious customer service and attention to detail. Our tile installer was a bit imprecise, Jose noted it and mentioned we should address that before they installed new glass. I received a follow up call from Tim to make sure all was as it should be. Bottom line, my wife was happy.

Crandell Glass is the absolute best! I've been using them for years, and they've never once let me down. We first called them when we were looking for someone to fix our oversized sliding glass door rollers. We had called the "popular" company in town, and the guy that came out couldn't lift the door alone, and when he called the owner, the owner didn't want to do the job so the guy just left. Weird. So, desperate, I found Crandell's number and called them, not even sure if they would fix rollers. Lucky for me, they do! They came out the very next day.

Poor residential customer service response. I requested a quote for a few window replacements & terrace french doors, and I never received a courtesy return call. I made three phone call requests & I even spoke with the owner Tim, yet not one return phone call. They must be too busy with commercial big $$ customers. Fortunately there are other window replacement businesses in town & I have received returned phone calls.

I called Crandell Glass because I needed to add a secondary latch to my sliding glass doors as part of a pool safety requirement.
I talked with Jeremy on the phone and was able to schedule an appointment within a week. Jeremy called me on the day of my scheduled appointment and despite their technician having an emergency and calling in that day, they were able to find another technician so they would not have to reschedule my job.
I'm impressed with their commitment (as I have gotten used to being stood up by many contractors in Tucson), and their prices.
