We called Evans Cleaning Service right before we had visitors arriving in town to see if he could help with cleaning our roof which had turned green and the gutters had clogged (early June service timeline). Brandon was responsive, provided a fair quote, and went above and beyond to squeeze us in before our visitors arrived. We also hired him to clean the outside windows and the skylights. We did not realize how large of a task the cleaning would be, and were impressed with Brandon's workmanship (on-site the majority of the day) to get it all done in one day for us. The roof looks near-new with

I had the rooftop moss removal done - pressure washing exterior of home/walkway - gutter cleaning - window/screen cleaning. Phenomenal work & really got the moss off of my rooftop & being the home owner that I am, I went up on a dry day to inspect the work & was impressed with all the work done.
