George did an excellent job repairing our refrigerator. He was very professional as he diagnosed the problem. After ordering the part he promptly returned to complete the repair. He has also repaired our washer in the past and we are very pleased with his knowledge, courteous nature and repair skills. Give him a call for your next appliance repair need.

Absolutely incredible customer service by George! My mom’s fridge was not working for days & she didn’t know who to call for help. I live out of state and didn’t know anyone either. I looked online at company reviews throughout Louisville. It was the end of the day on Friday. I called two other companies- both closed of course. So glad they were. I gave Tinks a call. When George heard about my mom, he fit her in the next day on a Saturday. He went well above and beyond for her, completely exceeding our expectations. My mom was so impressed with how much he helped her and what a gentleman

Great service and all around experience. George was fast with both his communication and his work, as well as polite. He showed up next day and on short notice, and was done in less than an hour, including time to leave to pick up a part for my washer. He also used proper social distancing protocols/wore protective gloves and a mask responsibly during the pandemic, as well as taking time to wipe down surfaces for his protection and my own. I'm happy to support a local Black-owned business and if anything breaks i'll be sure to call him again. Thank you!!

They called me back in fifteen minutes, they showed up the next day, and they had my dryer working in less than 30 minutes. All the while they were professional, experienced, and so nice. Do yourself a favor and find a chance to work with Tinks.

We called Tinks Heavenly Touch Appliance Service to service our Samsung Front Load Washer, which we believed had multiple problems such as shutting down with clothes soaking wet. Also cycle not advancing, plus making loud sounds. In short we thought it was new washer time, while our Samsung was not that old! Tinks Heavenly Touch Appliance Service was a God Sent! They came quickly and had our washer fixed and running like new! They were professional, honest and extremely low priced for the job! We will definitely call them again & again as the need arises. We highly recommend them!
