The first time i called them a couple weeks ago was to come look at my dryer, it wasnt getting hot. we set up a time and day no one showed. called back to set up another time and day, said they would call 30 mins out, no call they just showed up. looked at the dryer, found the problem cost me $240. dryer worked good afterwards.
last week, dryer stopped producing heat. called to set a time, said they were booked up until friday. told them i was off the upcoming tuesday if that would work better. asked me the time, i said between 3 and 4 tuesday the 23rd was a good time.
4:30 rolls around, no call

GoPro was amazing to work with—I needed someone to come fix my refrigerator quickly, and they came within 3 days and identified and fixed the problem on the spot. They even worked with my tenant directly on scheduling the service appointment. Technician followed up with me immediately and was professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again!

We asked Corneilus to do the impossible, and he did! He found replacement "drop-in" oven parts for our 1970s GE stove, after having made contacts across the entire USA. An elderly woman in the southwest was moving to a senior home. Her daughter from Michigan was taking family heirlooms back to her home in a truck. Corneilus made arrangements with the daughter to meet her in northern Indiana, where he put the stove in his truck and brought it to us. He installed the parts quickly, then took several pictures to send to the original owner - she had prized her stove. It works perfectly! And, just like

I called GoPro on a Saturday afternoon when our LG washing machine would not start. Within a matter of hours Cornelius was dispatched to our home. Cornelius examined the unit and discovered multiple issues that were occurring. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the issues and advised it was probably best just to replace the machine. Cornelius could have recommended costly repairs but instead was candid and honest. He made some adjustments to the machine restoring it in order that it could function again at least for now (to help with the pile of clothes collected). I highly recommend
