Such a professional and personable business!! The repairman was kind and considerate, making sure any questions were answered. He really went above and beyond, offering invaluable tips on my dishwasher as well as my fridge! He even helped screw in the dishwasher which my contractor forgot to do! Excellent service!

I have used Top Dawg twice now for my DCS gas range and really could not be happier. It's hard to find people who work on DCS products so I was lucky to stumble across them. They fixed the problem both times. Both guys were friendly and professional, and they both shared their knowledge with me as I looked on because I like to learn about these sorts of things. Prices are fair and I won't hesitate to call them again if necessary and absolutely recommend them!

Morris and Jessie have been fantastic to work with- they ended up having to come back three times to fix a problem with my oven, but they stuck with it and got it done. They are responsive to phone and text, extremely professional and persistent/creative problem solvers. I highly recommend Top Dawg!
