I bought a Condo in 2011 and it had a nice complicated Rolling Steel Door Garage. Unfortunately, I needed it be repaired and could find no one in San Diego to assist. I was lucky and found Maurer Contruction. He has provided excellent service and I would recommend him to anyone.

We hired Bill for a bathroom and room addition. We are beyond satisfied with his work and craftsmanship. He is honest, ethical and takes pride in his work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. We would definitely hire Bill again as we have a second phase to our project starting next year. Lastly, he al is resourceful and always found a way to make things work! Thanks for everything Bill we love our new Bed/Bath addition.

Landscaping Project
We were delighted when we learned that Maurer Construction, known for its fine craftsmanship and aesthetic home renovations, also provides landscape designs and installations. We invited them to assist us in redesigning our front yard to reduce our expensive water bills while retaining a natural, green appearance after all. The results have been superb. Maurer Construction took our initial sketches and shaped them into something that, while consistent with our original ideas, certainly improved upon what we had originally imagined. Bill is a great communicator. He not only was the first contractor to get us a bid and respond to us, he consistently followed up via text, email and phone to ensure that we got what we needed. That was especially amazing since some other contractors wouldn't even call us back!! We decided to actually sell the house instead of remodel so in the end didn't move forward with Bill, but I was so impressed with his follow-through. I would definitely want to work with him in the future.

I previously hired these guys for my rental, then I purchased a home that needed a lot of work, so I called them back. Bill installed the bathroom plumbing ( tub and mixer valve toilets, sinks) and added ground wiring to the whole house and he re-wired the kitchen and installed new can lights. The price was awesome and they did an amazing job!!!!!!
