Elements Disaster Recovery resolved a mold issue in my closet by properly diagnosing a severe mold problem that had been an issue over years of previous homeowners in my condominium. Elements was able to properly diagnose, remove the mold, insulate the area and replace the drywall in a professional and timely manner.
Elements utilized a heave-duty zippered, airlocked, decontainment barrier along with a negative air fan to protect me from potential mold exposure. In addition, Elements utilized an “air scrubber” to clean the air through my home to further protect me from toxic mold exposure

Last used Elements in 2016 and once again Brian & Shelby with the Elements team was nothing short of outstanding. Insurance company declined claim so I called Brian who did his own assessment of what was needed, conducted the remediation, was able to get a new mold assessment with results in 24 hours (more expensive for 24 hour results but I needed a quick turn around), their remediation resulted in the required “Clean Certificate!” This Honest, professional, family oriented, and fair to name a few attributes! Strongly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars I definitely would!! Brian was amazing! I was heading home from South FL when I got a call from a neighbor who said he had seen water running out from under my front door that morning!
I immediately pulled over and called my insurance company. They sent out Brian from Elements. He showed up soon after I arrived home.
Not only was my wood floors and carpet ruined but my ceiling as well. The neighbor above me had a leak under their kitchen sink and throughout the night all that water ran into my place! All of my ceilings need to be replaced or repaired as well as new flooring

While I have never met Brian my agent with Re/Max was impressed with his professionalism at onsite viewing for an estimate. The pricing was exceptionally competitive and the turn around time for the estimate was super fast. My property was in escrow with 2 days left from the close date. We used Elements Disaster Recovery after our house flooded during Hurricane Irma, and they were wonderful to work with! They were one of the first companies able to look at the damage and sent me back a quote promptly. We were able to customize the quote to our liking and get on the schedule immediately. The work was completely extremely well, and they treated our possessions/house with great care. God Send! Absolutely Amazing! That's how you summarize Brian and his team at Elements in 4 words. Called after hours due to an overflowing sink. (DO NOT Walk away from a running sink even if you think the drain is not stopped.) Brian was at my door in less than 30 min. Might have gotten lucky with the timing but I'll take it. Brian came into the house did his assessment and immediately started setting up his equipment. For three days he showed up each morning to check on the status and make adjustments. On day 2 certain sections still had excessive moisture into the drywall so he had to take down

Jerry did a phenomenal job with our carpets today. He cleaned the living room, dining room, and stairs of my 2 bedroom apartment. He moved a few small furniture items around to get underneath. I cannot say enough good things about Elements. We called at around 8pm on a Sunday night and they were out within the hour. We recently called on Elements Diaster Recovery when we had a leak in our washer. we came home to a flooded laundry room which had run into the main hallway and our son's bedroom. the team arrived shortly after my husband called and they started extracting the water right away. they checked for water damage in the walls and brought in some fans to dry everything up. some of the base boards had to be repaired as well, which they were able to do themselves without a second party contractor. overall this company was very professional and worked hard to get us back to normal! i would definitely
