The water has been dried and the mold has been removed, also possible some drywall, trim, flooring and cabinets have been damaged and need to be replaced. My homeowner's association has been working with Scott and his crew for several years. We've had several emergencies and BCI was there for us immediately-not only to "clean up" the mess and get things back to normal for the homeowner but also help assess the cause of the problem and advise us how to stop it from happening again.

BCI is the best, most professional home service company I have ever delt with and I've been a homeowner for decades. Scott Barnett of BCI was there for every step of my extensive restoration; flooring, kitchen cabinets, drywall, plumbing, etc. In my experience, contractors show up for bids and payments. Scott supervised everything.

Outstanding service! Scott and his team were FANTASTIC! Thank You! I was concerned after sewage backed up and flooded my flooring and carpet.
