Jasmin showed up with a great attitude, even though it was the middle of the night and stayed until the wee hours of the morning to clean up a leak in my brand new home. She gave me clear instructions on how to let the equipment run to complete the drying out process. Her smile was infectious and made me feel better during such trying circumstances. She returned when she said she would to professionally tidy up and remove the equipment. A total 5 stars to her and MicroTech!

Today had home inspected for moisture in wall . The inspector was Jasmine and was very impressed with how thorough she did the inspection! Overall very stressful experience after having multiple repairs after hurricane Irma and un covering un foreseen problems. If something did not go as discussed with contractor it was made out to seem as I had misunderstood. Tile guys left furniture out on porch for days, flooring was originally supposed to be completed within 4 day time frame, when in actuality it took a total of 13 days in which I was out of my home. When I informed the contractor there was a white substance seeping up from grout I was told to just mop with vinegar more than 6 months later white residue continues to seep up through

These guys were contracted by my insurance company to do demolishion on my home after hurricane Michael. They were super honest and straight forward. No issues with workers trashing or stealing my stuff (which is a big concern in a situation like Michael). They were also timely considering the circumstances. I was most impressed with a guy named Mason. He was super helpful and very informative. He gave me some very useful advice when it was time for me to find a new contractor to take over the rebuild of my home.

I had an issue a few years ago after some workers left my washing machine unattached to the pipe. As a result, when I ran a load of laundry water flooded my kitchen and hardwood floors. Microtech was at my condo within 30 minutes, cleaned up thoroughly and today those hardwood floors are still good as new. Not only did the rep come out, but the owner did as well. I can't say enough good things about my exp with them, and highly recommend them.

We had a leak in our master closet coming from an improperly plumbed condensate line. This could have been a disaster especially considering I am highly allergic to mold and mildew. Microtech responded quickly and dried up the water and moisture right away preventing any damage from being done at all! I had Microtech come out and look at a mold / water damage problem I was having with my siding. They came out and provided an inspection.
After the inspection I received a thorough report which included the findings of the inspection, the sources of the damage and the recommendations to fix the problems.
The owner of the company even called me to personally review the report with me and explain the process of how I could coordinate moving forward with getting the situation under control.

I had the misfortune of my brand new construction home flooding 3 months after we moved in. As you can imagine this was devastating. I called MicroTech and within HOURS they were at my home. I was beyond impressed with the level of attention and customer service I received from everyone on staff.
