In my 40 years of needing carpet cleaned I stumbled on the best! Stains remaining n this rental from previous companies were all removed. The first time I hadn' FSCR so I had them
come back 6 mo.s later......I couldn't get a response for several days so I called every 5 star carpet cleaning company listed. I regretfully settled for another company & scheduled with them.........but I then I finally got a response from FSC&R,cancelled the way o" lucky " I got blessed! ( I pray over little things like that and come out on top every time).

Crew that came to site was excellent. Quick in and out. My only negative is that the chemical smell was a bit much for me after completion. The lemon cleaner smell is a bit overwhelming. If it was a bit warmer outside and you could leave the windows open it would be a non issue. Carpets look and feel clean so job well done.

Absolutely amazing! Saved me $$$$.$$ …. Wife thought carpet was a total loss.
Carpet looks like new, odors are gone. Microfiber furniture is great and much cleaner. Very hard working staff that went above and beyond to do the job RIGHT!

We had First Serve do carpet and bathroom floor cleaning in our office building (it has a metal fab. shop attached so can get quite dirty over time). It had been 5+ years since the last professional cleaning. First Serve did a quick estimate, sent the estimate back same day, and I was able to have it scheduled for the next weekend. Our office smells AMAZING this morning after the Saturday cleaning service. Everything is noticeably refreshed and deep cleaned. Our carpet squares look nearly brand new and they are a decade old. Coffee stains that we have addressed multiple times are finally gone!

The team arrived even earlier than scheduled and completed the work quickly and quietly, well under the projected price. They were polite and friendly and nicely accommodated my dog. This is the third time they've cleaned for me (carpeting and upholstery) and the third time I've been delighted.

Purchased a home and decided to have the carpets cleaned before we moved in. We weren't there during the service visit to talk with the technicians. But during our inspection of the carpets we couldn't see any real difference. If it wasn't for the faint smell of cleaner we wouldn't have know they were there.
We were hoping for better results or feedback from the technicians on why they couldn't get it any cleaner.
