I was impressed with the quality of work and personal care these guys did on my project. They ended up pierring my house at 14 different points, 18'-23' below ground. I recall the salesman Jon as telling me they would dig until bedrock but the gentleman running the crew said they go off the weight of the house and my house was lite so 20'+- down were the pressures meet to hold the weight of my house. Anything farther would be fruitless. Or at least that was my take away. They figured 3 days, the raised my house the 2nd day and spent the 3rd day cleaning my land up. They even hauled off excess concrete

I waited to publicly post a review to see the results. One year later and not one drop of water in my basement! They replaced the window well, replaced the cover, repaired a crack and completely waterproofed a corner of my basement. It wasn't inexpensive, but the work was quality and the dry basement was worth it.

This is one of the best customer service company I've come across. Prompt reply to call, courteous workers and considerate of your needs. I had a foundation that needed special care that they had to work around landscaping and if that wasn't enough, my horse had to be put down and I found myself in an emergency need to help bury him. With scheduled work already in progress they were prompt and compassionate with my need.

This company and their crew did an outstanding job on my basement. From the very start, talking with Jon and then seeing how well the crew worked was amazing. I was very impressed with the work, pricing, and staff at JLB. They didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. I had received estimates from several different company's from $500-$25,000. Jon answered all of my many questions (even after hour/his off days) and put my mind at ease as I was skeptical of doing business with a company that hadn't been in business that long. I had not heard of JLB Foundation Repair because they do not advertise as heavily as some of their competition but I fortunately found JLB through an acquaintance who had hired them. They came to my property twice and performed a thorough inspection, put together the written proposal and explained the entire process. Josh and crew did a fantastic job on our basement! The condition they found the basement in was an abortion, with an improperly executed french drain. They rectified the issues and did a quality job. We were unable to be present for some of the work. When they left, they locked up and left everything clean and organized. When the job was complete, they fully cleaned up, went over the work done with instructions. I would not have any reservations recommending JLB to family or friends.....they are that good. We originally used JLB at our home in an executive neighborhood. Because the newly built house sat empty for several years before we bought it, the foundation had not been cared for properly.
