The Attic Pros team, from the initial inspection to the the day they came to perform the work were professional, personable, and efficient. The end result was a high quality clean up and repair job and it is such a great relief to have the critters out of the attic and crawl space (and to be free from the fear of them getting back in!) The communication throughout the whole process was very good and they provided detailed explanations of all the work, including before and after pictures. I highly recommend them!

Attic Pros are great, from my first contact to a quick quote on the job, very professional. They scheduled my job quickly and were on time the day of. I had screens that had broken into my crawlspace and it was allowing wild critters including rats to get under the house to nest and destroy my insulation. Attic pros came in replaced all the screens, stripped out the old insulation, cleaned up the crawl space, put in new insulation and flooded it with an atomized disinfectant to kill whatever germs or virus left behind by the critters, all in one day! They tarped up the entry way to the crawlspace

Milton and his crew were great. We had a large job with a rat & rodent infestation in both our attic and crawl space. The crew worked 3 days straight - hard work - with complete removal, clean up, and disinfectant. Fixed all the holes, added new insulation and air ducts. We live in the Santa Cruz mountains. Crew was very clean inside the house and always professional - showing me the progress all along.

Attic Pros was professional and personable. The initial inspection was thorough and attentive. The representative did not rush. He looked at our property in detail and pointed out exactly what needed to be done. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained exactly how his company would perform the work. He was very knowledgeable, polite and not pushy. He emailed me a written quote before he left and followed up with me. After I scheduled the work, I saw rain in the forecast and there was no problem rescheduling for the following week. When the workers arrived, they walked around the property
