We were super pleased with our experience with Naked Carpets. They were able to get some pet stains out that had been in the carpet for years. We had tried everything we could to clean them, rented a carpet cleaner, used all manner of products, but Naked Carpets got the carpets looking like they were brand new.
Will absolutely use them again when we need our carpets cleaned next.

First, let me say that I am so appreciative of how accommodating was William. He was able to fit me in in the day I needed my apartment's carpet cleaned. The two gentlemen who actually came and did the cleaning, they did a great job given the state of the carpet.Hardly recognisable from before to after! Additionally, what makes this company "above and beyond" anyone else in the business is their way of solving miscommunication. I am so impressed by how quickly these guys stepped up in addressing mu issue, and absolutely cannot wait to use them in the future. Thanks again!

Naked did a fantastic job of cleaning the carpets in 2 rooms and along the staircase of the home we just purchased. They look brand new again and the whole job only took about an hour or so. Mike is a very pleasant guy to talk to and even called back after our service to make sure we were happy.
The actual carpet service is 5 stars, but for the experience overall I deducted a star because:
1- Our appointment was at 8am, and by 8:20 nobody had showed. I called Mike and found out that it was a 2 hr appointment window. I may have missed the fine print but I wasn't aware and had taken
