MJ Septic offers one, two, and three year maintenance service contracts for aerobic systems. The state (T.C.E.Q.) requires that aerobic treatment units utilizing to have a maintenance contract/provider to routinely inspect your system. This contract is designed to protect you, your neighbors, and the environment from untreated wastewater being disposed of onto your lawn.
MJ Septic has inspected countless septic systems for banks, buyers, sellers and realtors. All inspections will meet the criteria for VA home loans, FHA home loans, or any other type of home loan. Field/verbal reports are given at the end of the inspection and a signed inspection report reflecting the condition of the system can be emailed at the end of the business day.
If your alarm turns on, don't panic (it usually isn't an emergency). First silence the alarm with the switch on the control panel. There could be various reasons your alarm has sounded/red light has activated. You may check the following items below and as always, only if you feel comfortable doing so and follow normal safety procedures if checking electrical!

They are always very quick to respond when I’ve had a red light alert. They let me know well in advance when they are coming onto the property and always email me a report from my inspections so I always Brel very informed about my system. When we purchased our home, the system had just Ned. Installed and was new to us. They were great about explaining how it all worked.

They installed our septic system when had the house built over 10 years ago and have had them as our service provider since. They are professional, providing quality work, and have good commutation.

MJ Septic is a top notch company! We had an alarm go off on our system over the weekend. I called MJ at 8:10 Monday morning and their service tech Colton was at our house before 8:40. Colton was professional and helpful, explaining what had caused the alarm and what to do about it. Also, Kat in the office was very helpful and friendly when I called. I wish more companies were as responsive and customer-oriented as MJ Septic. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Do not hesitate to use them!

My 37 year old conventional septic tank backed up last week, so I called a few septic companies to get their opinions. Some said they could repair the leech lines, but it would be temporary and one gave us a bid to replace without even coming out to the house. MJ Septic came out the same day spent about an hour with me explaining what the options were. Joe one of the owners answered all my questions and pretty much left without any sales pitch or pressure on timing. Very professional and responsive company. I got a red light alarm on my septic and called MJ Septic. They arrived the next day and fixed the issue on the spot. Technician was very knowledgable and knew what he was doing. Stephanie, the office manager, was still very helpful after the repair was done and assisted me with getting a paperwork done for my reimbursement claim. I'm very pleased with MJ Septic service.

I have been under contract with MJ Septic for a couple of years now and all I can say is... I am glad I made the switch from the previous company that used to service my septic system. The day that I was scheduled to have my main sewer line repaired I was greeted by the owner of the company and he very technically, explained what all needed to get done and I agreed to have them start immediately!

I have ZERO complaints with MJ Septic after working with them for the past 10 years. Their business practices are above the average for the septic industry and in a line of work that is EASY to take advantage of people I have NEVER felt that they were unfair or anything less than professional. I highly recommend MJ Septic! Our red light indicator went off and we received same day service. The tech who came out (Colton) couldn’t have provided better customer service! He wasn’t bothered or impatient with my 3yr old son asking him SO many questions about what he was doing. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a cheap fix since our compressor was completely shot BUT it was quickly replaced and back in service within an hour of Colton’s arrival.
