Best company I've had the pleasure of receiving services for my home that I've dealt with. Probably the most helpful period.
Victor was very polite and timely. Nate is very prompt, loyal, honest and has great communication. He helped discover a crack in my septic lid that a previous plumbing company had broken and let me know instead of trying to up sell, without notifying me of the root cause. I appreciate how smooth this was, since owning a home is quite frustrating without the correct avenues to help. 👍

This is my first home on a septic system and I’ve been trying for some time to find a company that is willing and able to work on a conventional septic. I’m so glad I found San Antonio Septic Services. They were able to come out same day and Nate kindly answered all my questions about the system and how it worked. They were prompt and efficient. I will definitely contact them the next time the tank needs to be cleaned and I will highly recommend them to others.

These guys really know their stuff! Nate came out today to do a pre-service inspection and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He really took the time to explain things to help us understand how a septic system works properly. By the end of the visit he made me feel like we had done business with him before! We will recommend Nate and his company to our friends, family and neighbors!

Called over July 4th weekend. Victor called me quickly and scheduled my septic tank to be emptied. Nathan was extremely helpful making sure my service went well. Sam and Jorge came and did the job quickly. Sam made sure septic was in good order. I was so impressed from start to finish with San Antonio Septic. I will call them again.

I emailed San Antonio Septic and received a phone call promptly. They listen to all my concerns and problems. My septic tank lid had been broken by another septic company that was not willing to repair. SASeptic recommend risers. They quickly repaired my lid and installed risers and pumped my tanks with no problem. I will forever be grateful for Nate for his professional work ethics. I am now a life time customer! I highly recommend San Antonio Septic.

SAS came out this morning to pump out our septic tank. It was a last minute call, so it was great that they were able to come out the very next day - not see you in 2 weeks. The gentlemen arrived at their scheduled time - this is highly appreciated. They were careful with their vehicles and equipment once on our property. They finished the job promptly and efficiently. We appreciated the information they shared with us on the health or our system. Would definitely recommend SAS for any of your septic needs.

This company charged me $365 to pump my septic tank. Wastewater has been pooling outside it and they discovered the outlet hole had been eroded, by sticking a camera down inside. The guy showed me the photo when I was standing there, and said it would be sent to me, and that they would work up a nice brochure with a proposal for recommended work. They never sent me the photo or proposal, and did not even provide me a receipt. I made two calls to them about the receipt. The first message I left went unanswered. When I called the second time I got Victor, who said he would send the receipt

Engage this guy at your own risk. He is a con. He has absolutely no knowledge of septic systems. Home warranty policies typically cover for failure of aerobic pumps. When asked about an "aerator," this guy led my warranty company to believe that it is an unnecessary part - of an aerobic system! In fact, this guy seems to think that there are two pumps, an "aerobic" pump and an "air" pump. The air pump, he says, brings air into the system to enhance the productivity of the aerobic bacteria (which is correct), and so - he says - this pump is unnecessary and different

It appears that they want to make a quick buck rather than earn a lifelong customer. They came out to pump my tank, but afterward the water still stunk, so the manager came out to look and had no idea what was happening. He first said I needed a new pump that would cost $1500.00 because the old one wasn't working. I had to point out that the old one was still working--you could see it bubbling. Then various people that I spoke with there gave me different prices on how much they'd charge to come out again and pump the overflow tank. The manager tried to argue with me saying that no one
