Perpetual Pool Care has done an outstanding job for our weekly pool service...the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and all around great to interact with. I can’t say enough about the top notch service we always receive should we call in with a random question and especially during the winter storm back in February. We called them in a panic and they came out to our house that same day and...as soon as the ice/snow melted, they were back out getting our pool restarted! Perpetual Pool Care has performed weekly cleanings and maintained our pool for 10+ years. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and thoroughness of the weekly service, but what really makes this company stand out is their immediate response time if there is an issue with the pool. The owner, Justin, has consistently responded and promptly addressed/remedied any issues we have had. Perpetual Pool Care has been servicing our pool since it was built 3 years ago. Their service has always been excellent and the pool is always clean. When my Polaris pump started spewing water during the storm, Mike drained the equipment and winterized it. When it was determined that it was only the Polaris pump, Justin and his crew came out and bypassed the pump and got the pool back up and running. We highly recommend Justin and Perpetual Pool Care.

We have had our pool for just about a year and are so grateful for Perpetual Pool Care. Our builder recommended using them for our set up and maintenance and with this being the first pool we've ever owned, wanted to go with the best of the best. Justin and his team have been incredibly professional, responsive and our pool continues to look great week after week (and we use it a lot!). When snowmaggeden hit DFW, we had a booster pump bust which was really disappointing but Perpetual came out and got us up and running so we could still use the pool without that cleaning pump for now. Justin Evans and his team are not only the best pool maintenance professionals in DFW but also are some of the most outstanding, honest and caring guys you’ll ever meet. Justin started taking care of my pool about 15 years ago and he’s become a friend I can count on. We hired perpetual based on the recommendation of our pool company. Justin and his employees have been great from the start. I feel they go above and beyond when it comes to service. He makes us feel like he values us as his customer and goes out of his way to come quickly when an issue arises.
