So many Thank yous to Andrew who saved the day on his DAY OFF. My first carpet guy came out and his machine wasn't working. So instead of putting all my furniture back I called Clean Scene. Andrew from clean scene is amazing! He understands the chemistry behind removing pet stains and I am trilled with how great of a job he has done. We had Andrew come out once last year and we were happy with his service! A few months later I had a pet EMERGENCY, it was last minute and he happened to be out of town with his family (totally understandable) so I just called out a different company. The "other company" didn't do a good job at all and I promised myself I'd call clean scene next time. I recently adopted a new puppy who had diarrhea on my carpet!!!!! Not good! I can’t say enough good things about Andrew and Clean Scene. We’ve used them when moving out of our last two rentals and the job he does is amazing. We have dogs, and they can be so hard on carpet, and even though we have our own carpet cleaner, those can only do so much. In our first rental after raising a puppy I had all about given up getting parts of our deposit back, but deep clean and pet treatment Clean Scene offers is fantastic. Andrew did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. He told me exactly what to expect and showed me with his cool flashlight the problem areas. He went over all of my options with me. Overall it was an excellent experience and I will have him clean my carpets again. Definitely telling friends and family. Oh and they respond to messages fast and efficiently.

Andrew was absolutely amazing!!! I can not thank him enough for cleaning our carpet. I called him at 1:45pm and he was here by 2:30pm. He is super knowledgeable about the chemistry that entails cleaning carpet, upholstery and tile. The carpet looks like the first day we bought our home. Andrew was also very nice. I am definitely going to continue to use their services. Absolutely the best I have encountered here in Bakersfield!
