Super Appliance Man came out to repair our Washer & Dryer. The Tech was Greg. Greg diagnosed the problem and assessed the solution for repair within seconds. The Super Appliance Man office administration was polite and very friendly and promptly contacted us regarding our appliance issues, making an appointment and verifying all the details of our service. They kept in communication with us every step of the way and updated us on the status of their arrival and repair. Greg was excellent, professional, polite and very friendly. The Washer works perfectly again, and the motor in our Dryer is broken

They are so responsive to a service request, calling to schedule right away and even offering same-day service for my broken furnace. I have used this business on several occasions and each event proved to be very satisfactory. The technicians were professional, friendly and respectful of myself and my home. Came to fix my A/C. Dispatcher called me immediately after submitting my request to schedule an appointment and they were able to come fix it a day and a half later. My technician, Sidney, called me an hour after my servicing window opened to let me know when to expect him. He arrived right on time and fixed the issue in less than twenty minutes. Additionally, he specifically re-arranged my unit to prevent the same problem from re-occurring. Sidney was a perfect professional and I would highly recommend.

The tech, Pete, came to repair of AC. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He spoke with confidence, looked at the unit and quickly identified the issue. It was resolved within an hour, no fuss or confusion. Just confidence and resolution based. It made me feel at ease about the repair and established an immediate sense of trust. The front office was amazing as well. No drama, just all around accommodating to the customer's need.

We needed our whole AC unit replaced. Called Super Appliance Man and a technician was sent to our house within the week. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Any questions I had the technician was more than willing to answer while he continued to work. The technician made sure everything worked properly and efficiently before he left.
