AC went out on a Sunday, called in the afternoon. Had an appointment the next day at a convenient time with a 2 hour window. Kris showed up on time after I was contacted about their approximate arrival time. Repair was taken care of quickly and professionally.

Thermostat was hanging on by one wire & fell off the wall. It was also next to my kitchen on the lower level of my floor. It was a terrible location. Her found a location thru my entryway closet on my middle level & moved to & mounted it properly. He checked & found other issues which were legitimate issues I had not been previously aware of. He corrected them. This despite the fact that a whole new furnace/AC/air cleaner had been installed by them 1 1/2 years ago. He is very experienced!

I schedule a service to repair my AC. The scheduler gave me a discount for $49.99 to check. However, I still receive a bill for $99.99. The service engineer came and check and said the unit is non-repairable. I need a report to claim for my credit card for extended warranty. I asked for a detailed report. They said they will send me one but email, but never received.

Nick is servicing our HVAC systems for 5+ years. He is extremely professional, courteous and diligent in his work. Sometimes he has to attend to ONE unit and sometimes more than two or three, he has given my units a very careful and detailed maintenance.
He arrives on time, always smiling and ready to help. I would say we are fortunate to have him worked on our multiple units.

Joe was very thorough. He suggested some changes that we could make to extend the life of the equipment and make the unit more energy efficient. He took the time to explain everything to me and was even willing to wait so that he could explain it to my husband since I wasn't real clear and what we were going to be doing.
