A+++++ From the initial phone call for scheduling with Lorraine to the house call to complete the repair with Costas, our overall experience was amazing! Costas arrived early, got right down to business, thoroughly explained the needed repair and finished the part replacement quickly. He was kind, efficient, and informative. Wow. I cannot recommend Nicollet Appliance Center enough. I had a dishwasher that had an unseen leak, leading to a ton of water running into the basement below. Costas quickly identified and remedied the problem, all with a smile and creative problem-solving. And talk about value! This problem was solved for a fraction of what I was thinking I would have to pay (and I had already done my research on new dishwashers to know when to stop the work). Overall, this has been my BEST experience with a home repair. I highly recommend this amazing business.

I had a dehumidifier with an extended warranty go out. The warranty provider required an repair estimate or statement of non repair and none of the other appliance repair shops I contacted we're interested. Lorraine & Costas worked with me to successfully make the warranty claim. Thanks you for your excellent service!

Great company, great service! I would recommend using their services for anything appliances related. I had a job that most other appliance repair companies turned down. Not Costas! He was adamant that he could figure out the issue and he did! I fixed our vintage refrigerator within an hour. He is going to be my go to repair man for everything in the future!

Costas repaired our decades-old washer and dryer on the same day. He’s a skilled master and it was a pleasure to watch him work. He explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it, and what I could expect for these appliances in the future. Fortunately, he assessed both as good quality machines that he could keep running for a long time. Lorraine was also a pleasure to talk with for scheduling.
