Mark was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Based on all of his experience he quickly diagnosed the problem with our dryer and fixed it on the spot. His rate was really reasonable and saved us the cost of replacing the entire motor.

Mark came out to fix my dryer as it sounded like a cat was being tortured. It was so loud. Mark was very knowledgeable and did the fix quickly and also cleaned out my dryer which has not been done. Thank You Mark!!!

So he didn't actually do a repair for me as he doesn't do dishwashers, but he called back and spent time explaining what was likely wrong and who to call. Anyone willing to give that level of customer service to a non-paying customer deserves 5 stars!

Based on a conversation I had with one of their technicians, I would most definitely hire these guys for a repair.
I called about two potential repairs they could do for me. One was for an over-the-range microwave, which they don't service. He quickly diagnosed my problem as a shorted magnetron tube. He also told me that it's not something that I can likely fix myself, that I'm better off buying a new unit, and that the over-the-range units are produced in standard sizes, so replacing the old unit should be pretty straightforward. Very helpful information, for a company that doesn't service microwaves

I called and left a message around 10pm for a callback as my freezer was acting up. I ended up troubleshooting the problem myself later in the evening. John was very courteous when he called the next morning around 9 am and stayed on the line while I gave it another check quick to make sure I didn’t require his services. Never seemed disappointed and was very courteous. Will definitely put him at the top of my list for future service calls!
