I've called Bill twice, and both times I've been impressed. The first time he found the problem and then showed me how to finish the work on my own. The second time he diagnosed it over the phone and I was able to fix it without him even coming over.
In both cases he saved me a bunch of money. Money that he could have made by doing those easy jobs. It says a lot about his work ethic and integrity that he puts the customer over his own profits. I have a ton of respect for him and would strongly recommend him for any job.

The guy was in and out in less that 1/2 hour. Took one look at my dryer and said 'i know what that is', replaced some stuff, and then balanced my washing machine and even took a look at my oven. I think his billing rate is around the average, but he was so fast it didn't really matter. I would totally use Bill again.

I give him a “10” and “2-thumbs up”. Great guy, great personality, really knows his stuff and his prices rock! He happens to be one of the last remaining guys to work on older appliances but his bread and butter is doing all appliances. I was just happy to finally get someone out to look at my vintage 1940s stove and get it working…..and he did!
