We needed to replace our Salt/Chlorine generating system that was failing, replace burnt out pool lighting, and have the plumbing manifolds layout redone so it was easier to maintain and control the system. Harry of Magnolia was responsive and informative about the options I had to choose from. Harry sent Ray, the mechanic tech to do the work. Ray worked efficiently, cleanly, and professionally. He was personable, and answered all of my questions I had as he worked. Once completed, he showed me how this system (Pentair ScreenLogic) operated, and I was up in running.

I am so pleased with our pool service. We originally started using Magnolia because we bought a house they were who the builder used (Stock Development in Esplanade). Perry is the most personable and friendly pool guy I’ve ever met. He takes the time to get to know the people and to answer any questions you might have about your pool or pool service. There’s not enough of that kind of work ethic is SWFL, imho. 7/5, highly recommend

My pool pump stopped working while I was out of town. Called Magnolia 1st thing Monday morning they couldn't come out same day but by Tuesday morning had Dave here, a quote soon after by email and call about half hour later. Pool pump was reasonably repaired before noon same Tuesday. Service cleaned too. Pool is looking great and open for family to enjoy!

FORTUNATELY, Magnolia Pool and Spa came to the rescue when our pump broke over Memorial Day Weekend. Because of their exceptional level of service, sense of urgency, and extensive knowledge and experience, my family was swimming again in no time! Not to mention, all at a great price and UNDER what we estimated since the damage wasn't as bad as we thought. John was our pool tech, and did a wonderfully thorough job explaining what the issue was, and answered any questions we had.
