Sam went above and beyond for us. We just moved into our new house and within a few days, the spa completely broke down. Sam fixed it right away so we wouldn't be without a pool/spa for the holiday weekend. Trish in the office is polite, friendly and responsive. Great pool company!

I cannot tell you how impressed and grateful I am for Sam and Aquatech! I live in Michigan and must rely quite a bit on honesty when I need home maintenance and repair for our Florida home. I found Sam on this site and hired him based on his reviews and interviewed him at my pool. I was so impressed I sent him to my neighbors pool and she hired him. Every week I get a picture of my sparkling clean pool and it helps me not worry about my pool service since this is a vacation rental property and it's important to make sure my guest arrive to a clean pool. When I need Sam he always responds quickly. Best decision I made was hiring Sam. It took me 4 pool companies to find him and I'm so glad I did. Thanks Sam your AWESOME!

Sam makes you believe he is servicing your pool when you are away. You come back 6 months later and your pool is filthy and some guy you don't even know is out there cleaning your pool. I ask him "Where's Sam?" He states Sam hired him about 6 weeks ago. I cleaned my whole Lenai the day before so the pool was filthy. I asked him about vacuuming and he tells me he doesn't have a vacuum and has been coming the last six weeks and has never vacuumed when agreement was the pool would be vacuumed every other week. I called Sam and he said he has a bag vacuum in his truck. I tell

I think I may have been one of Aquatec's very first customers, and I have been with them ever since. 100% reliable on the weekly date of service - always Thursday P.M. for me, and they have never missed an appointment to my knowledge.
They ALWAYS check the chemicals and pH - my previous service was not consistent about that-and Aquatec adds chemical as needed. They spend whatever time is needed to scrub the sides and vacuum.
They have new system and they now send an email report within the same day of service, with a pool photo, description of services provided, results of chemical and pH

Outstanding service, extremely dependable, and very knowledgeable. I trust Sam implicitly to care for my pool, but more importantly, he genuinely cares for his clients. He also knows so much about the area, and was able to make great referrals to my after Irma. I'd been using another company that was disastrous, so it's nice to rely on someone so professional.

I have a vacation home in Bonita and have used Aquatec Pool Service and never been more pleased. The work done is top notch and very impressive compared to previous companies I have used before. Not only is the work done on my pool well done but the prices are reasonable and a friendly employees. I will definitely be keeping this pool company around!!
