Pool Perfection, LLC is a family-owned and operated pool cleaning and maintenance service located in Cape Coral, Florida. We service residential and commercial pools with serious attention to personal detail. We don't farm out service to an ever-changing roster of technicians. We personally get to know your pool, noticing changes before they become problems.
Properly balanced chemical solutions - chlorine and pH levels checked and stabilized on a regular basis to prevent under or over correction due to evaporation, excess rainwater, and changes in use. Filtration - not only do clean filters prevent large particles from entering the pump system, but clear filters keep the water exchange going at the proper speed and rate.
Homeowners Associations, Condominiums, Hotels, Schools, and other commercial pool owners depend on Pool Perfection, LLC to keep their swimming pools clean, healthy, and safe for their residents, students, and customers. Commercial pools are under more stress, deal with more pollutants, and affect a wider range of users than residential pools.

Giving one star is too much!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COMPANY. Darren is a SCAM! Stay as far away as possible!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I could go on for days about the awful things he has done but I will save you the time. JUST. STAY. AWAY. He will cost you thousands.

Critical: Responsiveness
When we first contracted with pool perfection , they were great. After a while I noticed that weeks were being skipped . After 3 weeks of no-one coming we called to cancel their service. Never heard back from them. Too bad cause we liked them in the beginning.

To lazy to remove the pooL VACUME it was left in my pool for MONTHS! Then when asked them to remove it .... it was put behind a pot on my lani !!! What an eyesore!
Billing problems repeat invoices sent. Paid him for benefit of doubt THEN says we never paid.
Very unprofessional. Needs to keep better records. I DO NOT RECOMEND.

No stars...ZERO!!!!!00000!!!!! These photos are a result of poor service. The picture of the filter is one week after this company changed it and "provided" service. The spa was green for days before weekly service and stayed green for days after service. When I contacted the owner, his response was to drain my spa and re fill it. He has no remorse for the fact that his lack of service resulted in my having to spend countless dollars to a new pool company to fix my pool because the algae spread to the main pool from the spa and he told me he would not come back until the following week to fix the

Darren and his staff go above the call of duty. They clean several of our pools and perform repairs and upgrades on many of our other pools. We recommend only a few service companies to friends and clients and Pool Perfection is one of the few that were happy to recommend. Keep up the good work guys.. If its pool related from pumps, to automation to weekly's, you can be sure Pool Perfection has you covered.

I just recently started using pool perfection on July 21 on a Saturday I call Darren and explain my situation regarding my pool I had some spots on the floor of the pool and algae All over the pool He asked me a few more questions and I really did not expect him to go there the same day but he squeeze me in his schedule In a few hours later he was at my home He looked at the situation he tested the waters and some chemicals in there and to make a long story short my pool haven’t looked this beautiful in a long time clear crystal water great smell refreshing Great work Darren thank you
