We have had a pool for 7 years. In that time we have cycled through 3 other services. In this case, the fourth time was the charm. The SWFL Pool Solutions Team is professional, thorough, and reliable. One of the best things about Joe Rich is his network of other professionals. We have had leaks, and heater issues, that were quickly resolved by folks recommended by SWFL PS. I can't say enough about SWFL Pool Solutions. When I called them I was so fed up with pool service companies ripping me off, doing a terrible job, not communicating issues, charging me for filters or services they hadn't actually done and the only thing showing up on time was the invoice every month!

For one, Joe really listened to my concerns about my past issues with my pool. He explains everything in detail, unlike some other pool services that I used in the past. His service crew, always prompt,extremely polite, and professional , respectively. They are knowledgeable and always follow up with a photo, after every visit. They have really raised my comfort level and changed the way I feel about having service employees on my property, whether I am at home or away. I just can’t say enough great things about SWFL Pool Solutions

Joe Rice / SWFL Pool Solutions services my SPA monthly at Pelican Sound Golf & River Club in Estero. I am very impressed with his knowledge of pools, equipment, and maintenance. He goes to great lengths ensuring my SPA is chemically balanced as to chlorine, alkalinity, PH, and acid.
I had problems with another pool company and contacted Joe for service. He was exactly on time for our appointment, extremely helpful in diagnosing many of my issues. I liked his attitude, professional approach to my situation and flexibility in dealing with me.

I can only say our pool has never looked this good.
