We are not the biggest company in Rochester, but that is intentional, as we work diligently to maintain the best team in the city. We've found that being this size has enabled us to maintain the highest standards and still be able to provide the type of coverage homeowners and businesses expect. From a single truck in 1952 to Western New York's largest York dealer and a leading Home Energy Specialist, we at Michael R. Boccacino, Inc. Heating and Air Conditioning take immense pride in the reputation we have built painstakingly over the last 60 years in Rochester and the surrounding communities.
A company our size (25-30 people) is a living, breathing organism, constantly undergoing change - through the evolution of those that make their living with Boccacino Heating, adding new members, and having others move on. It is impossible for such a large and dynamic entity to ever perfectly reflect any person, let alone someone as exceptional as Mike Boccacino.
Boccacino Heating was built on installing HVAC systems for new home construction. Michael Boccacino walked up to job sites and asked for a chance to prove himself to builders he didn't know. He did such an outstanding job that we have grown to become one of the largest new home construction heating contractors in Rochester, working with the best and most respected builders in town.
We hope that replacing your furnace or air conditioner is something that you think about every 10-20 years, even though it's the type of thing we think about all day. When it's time to get your system replaced, we recognize that you are trusting us in your home, and with the responsibility of keeping it comfortable in a climate where that's no easy task.
One thing we've noticed lately is that we are getting involved in more and more work on additions. And when you look at the terrible inconvenience (not to mention cost!) of moving, it's extremely appealing to think about the benefits of adding to the place where you've made all your memories to make it functional for you.

I had Boccacino Heating and Cooling install new a HVAC system in our home 28 years ago and their price and service was excellent. When it was time to replace our old system, I did my homework to understand the new technology that was available before getting quotes. I then obtained quotes from three companies for comparable features, technologies and quality. Boccacino was the best price with exactly what I wanted. As much as $3,500 cheaper than one of the quotes!

Wow, I am impressed. After having Isaac heating quote me $500+ for my fireplace, I called to get a cleaning and a service. They accidentally just sent Rachel who was able to do the cleaning (which she did a fantastic job of) and then sent Steve today to look at it. He came and checked everything over, said the only thing wrong was my remote but… recommended I just use the manual switch as the remotes are $300+. Didn’t charge me for coming today! Will definitely be recommending them and will also be using for my yearly cleaning. Thanks Rachel and Steve, merry Christmas!!

Had a heat pump failure and they suggested investing in a new heat pump rather spend more money on an aging system. Problem was scheduling but rather than leave me without A/C they bent their schedule to accommodate my install. Clearly customer focused and responsive. Call them for your HVAC needs.

Boccacino Hearing and Cooling are the best HVAC guys around 100%. They have come on time (many times) with a knowledgeable staff and give options for the customer to choose from. We have over 13 properties and feel comfortable with their staff and pricing. You will never feel taken advantage of and honesty is key with me. I would recommend these guys to ANY business or homeowner. Great job guys

With so many different companies in Rochester it was a bit overwhelming trying to pick the 'right one.' We got quotes from four different companies for work that needed to be done and in the end picked Boccacino. Any company I pick to do work on our house is done based on craftsmanship and professionalism...not on a song written on the side of a truck. I knew our money was going to a family business who doesn't waste their money on cheesy advertising.

Outstanding customer service from the ladies on the phones (Moe, Sara) to the tech, Steve. We had our furnace cleaned and a part replaced. Very reasonably priced. We are very pleased and will continue to call Boccacino for our future needs and would definitely recommend them.

Boccacino went above and beyond to help our family! We have 18 children, many of whom have special needs and require feeding machines, oxygen and other supports to help them get through their days. With Rochester's big storms this year, we lost power for a total of 6 days. On the 4th day, we called Boccacino to make sure they could put us on their… future schedule for a generator installation. We knew they were incredibly busy and couldn't get to us in time to help for the outage we were in the middle of, but we didn't want to ever experience an outage again with medically fragile children
