A remodel is a very exciting time in a homeowner’s life, new space, new rooms, etc., but for a very busy young family of five it can be a burden that no one wants to carry. My wife and I were very hesitant of contractors, because we had been scammed before on a previous job. Knipp Contracting and Jeff Cross relieved our stress and hesitation that comes with a remodel. We had a house fire in June 2019. We had a very difficult time dealing with the original general contractor in getting anything done so we let them go. We found Knipp through a friend. Once we obtained a building permit, Knipp began construction immediately. They were in constant contact with us throughout the whole process. Our insurance adjuster was shocked with how quickly our house was built. Knipp had subcontractors at the house every day in the proper sequence. Everyone we came in contact with was professional and did an excellent job. The claims adjuster came by after the house was rebuilt

Had worked with six or eight construction companies throughout my 25 years in Las Vegas and Knipp contracting is head and shoulders above all of the rest not only are these guys fair , well priced and professional , but they also show up on time and clean up completely after their work is done .
Have had very many negative experiences with other construction companies in Las Vegas would recommend Knipp with absolutely no reservation.
