Curt- Sales / Service - He has worked at American since 1983 as helper and service tech. He can quote on any new construction or replacement job. He is familiar with our entire customer base as well as Carrier, and Climatmaster HVAC equipment. He is active in the Villa Hills Civic Club and St. Joseph's Parish.

We will provide one (1) complete professional inspection, cleaning & adjustment of your heating system and one (I) for your cooling system as described below A 20% discount will be given off the price of any parts should your equipment require repair within the covered period of the plan. This team truly cares about their clients. They are honest and do deliver a professional and timely service. At a time when our original HVAC service provider was trying to unnecessarily sell us on a new heating unit, this team came in and identified a simple fix for our unit. They also asked for a fair price and got it done on time. I highly recommend them.

Our temperature had steadily risen from 70º to 81º over the course of a few hours during the hottest week of the year. We called American and Jeanine said she had a worker in my area who could be there in 15 minutes. Charlie showed up and diagnosed the problem as a busted capacitor and replaced it in under 30 minutes. I could not have asked for better service and this is the 2nd time we've used them for unrelated problems. The fact that it was fixed in under an hour from the time I called was remarkable. I won't even bother giving anyone else our business from now on.

We own an apartment building and one of the furnaces wasn’t heating well in frigid weather. Charles quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, spent time explaining the issue, and took time to make sure the apartment temperature reached the acceptable level before leaving. We will stick with American Heating for all our future needs, rental units and home. Fantastic work at a reasonable price!

Those gentlemen did a great job. This company is the best company for heating and cooling I have ever had. They were able to answer all of my questions, and as I done my research on their answers, they were all correct. My furnace is 14 years old. After they repaired it,it runs like a new furnace. It's so quiet now I cannot hear it cycle on and off. Thank you for your services.

Friend told she needed new furnace so called American and they came right out and replaced an inexpensive part. No problems since. I was told me heat exchanger was cracked, leaking carbom monoxide. I called American and they confirmed the furnace did not leak carbon monoxide or have a cracked heat exchange. Ordered a part and furnace is great. So friendly and fast. I will never call anyone else.

Truly the best there is in Cincy - they were on time, courteous and professional. My A/C went out on a Wednesday evening, and they were there Thursday morning to assess (Charlie). They also worked with me to fully replace my A/C and Furnace within my budget. When the team wrapped up on the install, they showed me everything they replaced, explained how to maintain it, and gave recommendations on air filters, etc (Keith & JD).
