The two technicians Eric and Tomas came and they did a fantastic job. I would had given 5 stars BUT when they disabled my air conditioning thermostat (taking off the battery) to clean the air duct in the attic, they forgot to place the battery back into the thermostat. other than that I would use Donald Duct & Stem cleaning again.

I reached out to them with clear pictures of my ducts the lady on the phone said the work would be for $129 up on pricing with other companies these seemed like a reasonable price. When the technician arrived it was a different story they wanted to charge me $300 up to $400 for the labor that would include spraying a chemical for mold as preventative maintenance and to paint the duct, why would I want to paint the inside?

I called them to inspect and clean the ducts in my home because there was a couple of rooms that weren't getting cool enough. The guys arrived as planned and were very professional, gave me options in clear terms I could understand, and offered ideas that would help my issue. As it turns out my ducts didn't need cleaning and besides it would not have been a big factor in the diminished flow we were experiencing. As a real estate professional, I did my due diligence and called many companies. I ultimately decided on Donald Duct to steam clean my personal residence and check the ducts. They did a great job with the cleaning and told me the ducts did not need to be cleaned.
