After reading so many reviews of other companies that provide air duct services, we went with Quality Service 360 because they had great reviews. Teddy and his crew of ninjas did an amazing job of replacing and cleaning existing ducts and replacing all vent covers. The price was really reasonable and we do feel a difference in the air quality. Our home was built in 1972 and we're certain the air duct system was probably not original, but we're sure over 25 years old, at least. My dryer popped up a warning light indicating the vent was 80% clogged. This needed attention as a clogged dryer vent is a common cause of house fires. Quality Service 360 is open 7 days a week and Teddy was able to come over on the day of my choice, a Sunday at 10 am. He called to tell me he was on his way and arrived promptly. My 17 year old dryer duct and vent were clogged and my landlord only vacuumed the hose which didn't solve the problem of my clothes taking longer to dry and lint going through the vent into my yard. I met Teddie when I was visiting my sister in Houston, I saw his van outside while he was providing service to one of the neighbors and I called the number, he came outside to meet me and I already had a good feeling about him.

Quality Service 360 techs have shown up at my house, performed an assessment of my air ducts and AC unit. Explained in detail all the problems I had with my 40 years old duct work and worked tirelessly all day to correct the years of neglect.
