Doug is absolutely amazing!!! I had a storage unit here from 2019-2021 and Doug was the most genuine man. He would call to check in if my payment didn't go through, and was always so compassionate and understanding. Every single process of having a unit here was amazing. Hands down best unit property manager around!! Thank you so much for everything!

This place is great. The manager that works weekdays is good. He does try to go the extra mile for u. Even if u are on a fixed income like I am. He does accepts cash, but prefers debit or credit cards(that way he doesn't have to go to the bank). Parking is a little bit small once u are past the gate, but make sure u have 1 other person that can help u out with the gate opening and closing and getting ur stuff out fast before the alarm goes off during off hours and Holiday's when they are closed and no staff.

I just moved out of my unit, but let me tell you, if I ever need another unit, I’ll be coming back here! I had been with Doug and Lincoln Ave Storage for years and I couldn’t have been happier! Super clean, really safe and secure and the hospitality and kindness I received from Doug went above and beyond! I definitely recommend Lincoln Ave Storage for all your storage needs!

This storage facility is top notch. Doug is nicest person ever. He is always so accommodating and super cool. The storage building is so quiet and clean, in a convenient location. They have pallet jacks and elevators to help you move your things more easily. Everything is behind a locked gate, super secure. Stored here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for everything, Doug!

We have stored our belongings here for several years and are very happy with the entire facility. Clean, maintained, safe, secure, excellent customers service, easy access, and absolutely zero pest or temperature problems. There is a large elevator, wide walk ways, and plenty of push carts to bring your stuff in and out easily. Plenty of cameras and secured gates and doors. Doug provides wonderful and friendly customer service, he always goes above and beyond to meet our needs. This is the best storage facility in the South Bay!
