Back in 2014, I had been renting a very large unit. It contained the contents of a house that I used to rent.
We started having problems when our credit cards were being switched by the bank. My mother was the one paying for the storage space, and she lived in a different city at the time. With so many merchants that needed be contacted with a new credit card number, it's not a big stretch to imagine that notifying the storage space fell through the cracks.
When the manager tried to apply a payment to the old card it obviously didn't go through. A penalty fee was applied. At the time

We had a great experience. We only needed a unit for 6 months in between our move. Everyone there was great calling and emailing us until a unit that would work for us was available. Thank you John for all your help. We thought it was clean well kept well lit felt safe and leaving our belongings were safe being stored there. We would highly recommend this place.

I just love everything about this place! The facility is immaculate and SAFE and the prices are unbeatable. I love how there is always staff there to check you in and out before entering and exiting the building. John is such a delight, he's so friendly and helpful. I'm so happy I chose to use this storage company and I highly recommend it.

I have been storing at Branham storage for over 20 years. I have seen a lot of changes and I have to say that they just get better all the time. Of course, the new paint and updates are nice, but the improved office staff is even better. I feel very secure under the attentive, watchful eye of the manager and whenever I have a question, there is always a prompt, helpful response. I will certainly continue with my storage needs!

Great rates and awesome customer services! Would definitely recommend if you're looking for storage!! BTW best rate in town because I did my research and this was the best one! The only negative I could think of is that they close early, so if you get there after work it could difficult. The owner should be more aware of people's needs, besides from this, the low rates and the great employees make this worth every penny!

It's kinda not fair that this place has bad reviews due to the previous owners BS. I've had my storage unit here for over a year and wouldn't think of going elsewhere. The staff are a delight and so friendly. The prices are around $100 cheaper than any where else I've looked. The facility is SAFE and clean. It doesn't make sense why anybody would not use this place. A girlfriend of mine also has a unit here and she's had hers for, I think around 8 years or so, so she's dealt with the previous owners as well. She's says this place is like night and day now

I'm very pleased with the service and value a Branham Self Storage. Richard checked me in and he was quite pleasant and helpful. He took time to show me several units even though it was almost closing time. Prices are excellent and there is a wide range of sizes/prices to choose from. Parking is far better than the ubiquitus orange and white corporate facilities all around the Branham area. I was also pleasantly suprised when I saw the bill and there were indeed no aditonal fees! I would give a 5th star if the front elevator went to the 3rd floor. All in all a great deal. I would recommend

I'm a pack rat. I keep everything and hate to throw things away. Since I didn't want to be profiled on "Hoarders" and I don't live in a mansion with endless space, I looked into storage units. I'm all about value (i.e. cheapest price) so I called a few places and found this place to have the best price. With their 6 months free special (check website), I couldn't find a better price. I was a bit concerned about some of the older reviews, but due to the price I gave it a look. While it's no Bellagio it certainly is sufficient for leaving my stuff into storage

I went overseas to work for a little over half a year, and I knew I 'd be coming back to San Jose. My lease at my crummy apartment was up so the plan was to store my furniture until I got back, and then to find a new apartment. This storage facility was exactly what I needed. The price was really REALLY great, and the people at the front desk were very nice and easy to get along with. Don't let the photo posted on yelp scare you- it seems to have been taken a long time ago and the place is very well-kept. I felt secure in leaving my stuff here, and moving in and out was a breeze. We used this storage facility for 6 months while we were moving. The people there were extremely helpful with getting us a space downstairs and close to the door. When we realized we needed a second room, the were able to get us one just two spaces down from our first one within a couple days. The price is excellent, much less than Public Storage. The people working there were always very friendly when we went in, some were a little odd, but always friendly. I would certainly use them again if I needed a storage facility. I admit, it's not as professional or clean as Public Storage, but

We've been customers for a long time and can't wait to get out. This place is filthy and constantly cluttered with garbage from tenants, and the employees. When you walk into the lobby, there is junk all over the place, and the dark hallways are no different. My wife feels unsafe going there alone because there are always homeless people milling around in the hallways. Go to Public Storage instead.
