Oakland road self storage has the most accommodating and amazing staff. They are really great. They went out of their way to make sure I could get my belongings in and have been really great with communication about how things work or updates.
The facility itself is very clean and organized and is pristine. It is the nicest storage space I have ever rented. They have huge indoor and outdoor spaces and they're all a good value. They have elevators and carts for you to use to make it easy to load things in and out.
If you have any storage needs, reach out! This place is pretty awesome!

Moved from a big name storage company that also had an equally big reputation for their big inflated monthly costs. And I finally couldn't take being insulted financially anymore. Cost-wise, I was just shy of paying the equiv of renting a room in a house just to store seasonal items! I WAS DONE! I couldn't be happier to break up with that big name storage company and start storing my stuff here! The customer service and realistic monthly cost here is amazing. I've recommended 3 other people who now have their extra stuff stored here as well.

The facility is brand new and obviously very clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Diana#1 and Diana #2 set the bar high for customer service ...these ladies are awesome ...they know how to stand apart from other storage companies!! I highly recommend this facility!!

New facility just opened. Manager Diana is super helpful on organizing my logistics of things arriving and ordered a new ladder and even brought her own in case if I needed to use. She is really helpful providing information as soon as possible, seems like on top of her duties. I got nice discounts for the first three months as it was a new facility for the new year. Thank you!

There are many many storage facilities popping up around the NE San Jose area lately and I have to say the Oakland Road Self Storage is awesome! Brand new 3 story storage facility with easy elevator access. Many different storage size units to choose from and the price is very reasonable. Diana, the Manager of the facility was TRULY AMAZING, I would say one of the MAIN reasons why my sister and I decided to rent here! One of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Very accommodating and truly cares about her customers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for self-storage
