Over 48 years ago, Dr. Jack Reinhardt and his wife Kay Reinhardt founded Dr. Jack's Lawn Care, Termite & Pest Control. Today, Kay and her sons, Rick and Jim, continue to operate the family business. We serve thousands of homes and businesses throughout Central Florida. Dr. Jack Reinhardt spent 14 years performing countless research studies for Dow and Shell chemical companies, working with a variety of pesticides and herbicides.
For 48 years, Dr. Jack's Lawn Care, Termite & Pest Control has placed an emphasis on hiring good people and keeping them. This philosophy is largely responsible for our continued growth and success. I’ve been using Dr. Jacks since I bought my home 21 years ago. I do not see any bugs and if I did they come right back out. John is wonderful- he’s like family and we trust him to come in with our garage code when we are not home. That said the 2-3 men prior were awesome as well. Their employees stay which says a lot about the company. We use the quarterly pest control always and also use the lawn service for weeds once or twice a year for maintenance. We also had fleas once and utilized that service as well. Zero complaints!!

Dr. Jacks has been servicing our lawn for 20+ years. This past week I called them out for a suspected rodent problem in the garage. The front desk put me through to Mr. Jim Reinhardt himself, who then patched me over to their critter control expert Jay, who then called me -- all in less than an hour! Jay came out that same afternoon, quickly determined that the issue was not rodents, but lizards and roaches, much to my relief. He then did an exterior inspection for entry points to ensure we had a proper barrier to entry. He was super professional, right on time (actually early), extremely friendly

He answered all my questions. He advised me of other services your company has to offer. He went over the contract clearly. His hand writing was good and easy to read. I was outside the second time he came to service my yard and he politely asked me if I was satisfied! Yes, I am very satisfied!
I love to go barefoot and now I can walk in my yard and not have ants bite
me.

Amazing team!! I had an unfortunate experience of rats in and around my home. The Dr. Jacks team was at my home in less than 24 hours putting my mind immediately at ease. The instructions, advice, and care that was given was beyond my expectations. They took the time to listen and honestly were truly caring throughout the process. There was constant follow up and professionalism. I would recommend Dr Jacks above all other companies not only for pest control services (which I have had for 8+ years) but dealing with rodents/wildlife in general. Thank you for an amazing job team!!
