Termite Lawn and Pest keep sending over a bill for $120+ for services that both Cancelled the day before services was scheduled to proceed and did not give credit card (which I was told on the Saturday before over the phone that no credit card on file=no service) not contract was signed (digital or otherwise).

I can't say enough about Kirk. He came to do a termite inspection for us when we were under contract for a house and his knowledge about bugs and critters was incredible. Sometimes it seems that companies try to use scare tactics to get your business, but that wasn't the case with Kirk. He was straight-forward and honest about the issues he saw, and thank goodness we called him, because there were problems that we weren't aware of that steered us away from purchasing once he pointed them out. Squirrels in your attic? Call Kirk! He sealed 3 of the 4 openings that he found with cement, set 2 traps in the 4th. Removed 2 squirrels today (Sunday!), reset traps. And repeat until 2 weeks with no captured squirrels, then seal 4th opening. Kirk does what he says, knows his stuff (master's degree entomology), explains everything very well, and is great to work with. You can't go wrong.

I've never used a pest control company before, of course I thought I could do it on my own but I had some serious concerns about termite activity and ants. Kirk came out on first visit and did a good inspection of areas then treated, he explained everything in detail. I had a reoccurrence of ant activity and I called prior to my quarterly treatment so he could check, Kirk came out immediately and checked and took care of my concerns, and educated me on what to look for and to call even if it's prior to my scheduled service. That's what I liked best, they truly care that my services are at its best

Eric at Termite Lawn and Pest has been wonderful to work with at my home in Baldwin and now Sevilla! They are very prompt and friendly. Whenever I have a problem, the company addresses it right away. Recently, we did the mosquito treatment and it's so nice to be outside without getting eaten by bugs. I recommend!

My experience has been awesome with Eric and his company. I hired his company for preventive pest control and termite protection. I truly felt comfortable after hiring them.
