Thanks to fellow Yelps I'm happy to have found a respectable, local A/C company. Brett, the owner, cognizant of incoming storms, came out earlier than scheduled (after calling me of course). He listened to my description of the issue, and made a correct diagnosis on the first attempt He verified quickly the faulty part, had a replacement in his van, and got our A/C up and cooling. He double checked other elements were working adequately. He was kind and courteous wIth explanations.

Wonderful company, owner, and crew. Our ac went out Monday night. I called Tuesday morning and they were here by afternoon. I knew our system had many issues. They did everything they could but in the end I knew I needed to replace the whole unit. I was not charged a penny for this visit. Due to covid it would take a few days before all parts would be in and the new system could be installed. They brought 3 portable ac units that same day to keep us as comfortable as possible. One was leaking some water and they came out at 7 at night to fix it. Again I was not charged a thing. They were able to

I called a few places because my AC stopped working. They all wanted $120-$145 just to come look at it. Then I called Presidential and spoke with Brett who ended up being the owner. He didn't charge me a service call fee even though it was after hours. He was out really fast and replaced my capacitor for 1/3 of the price other guys had told me it would be. He had it done in 20 minutes and I have AC again which is crazy important in this Florida heat with 4 little kids. I love that he's an owner operator working to support his family and I got to contribute a tiny bit to that while getting a great

Our air conditioning system began leaking and breaking down after 11 years. I didn't realize what a daunting task it would be to find a trustworthy and competent company to replace it. We had 6 companies come and give estimates and each one told us something different and said everyone else lies to get the business.

Had another company out for a quote on our non working air conditioning, the quote was very high and the description of what the problem was seemed fishy. Called Presidential and they came right out looked everything over and did not try to sell me a new unit. They were able to fix the problem and saved me thousands. They did not try and pressure me into a maintenance agreement or try and oversell me. So happy I called them - what a relief. It has been a few months and the unit is still working perfectly.

Presidential Air Conditioning was very prompt, professional and informative from the beginning.
Brett gave an awesome quote that was well written, had several options that were modular and broken down so there was no nebulous hidden prices.
He also had great ideas and didn't try to push anything I didn't need.
If I hadn't had a previous agreement I definitely would have went with them and I highly recommend them if you are looking at a daunting AC job.

We had our air conditioner replaced today. They finished by 3:00 and did an outstanding job. We couldn't believe they were able to complete it so quickly. Everything was cleaned up and our house is already cool! The president of the company, Brett Collins, came this morning to check on everything and again at 4 to adjust the blower. He is a very conscientious owner and wants to please his customers. We had estimates from 4 other companies and they were one to two thousand dollars more and a long wait.

We purchased a home in Naples with a 20 year old HVAC unit. We intended to limp through replacing it until we could get there full time and finish construction projects. However it started spewing water from the above soffitts. The drain line was clogged. I resorted to calling around to get pricing for a new unit. After researching companies I reached Brett. He came out within an hour. It was July, extremely hot outside. He went into the attic determined indeed the line needed to be unplugged and drained. He spent the next 30 minutes unclogging the line. Brett and team sold and installed my new AC system. After lots of estimates and ref checks he and his team were, hands down, the best. Of course, they were reasonably competitive on price. More importantly, they had excellent follow-up and service. Impressively, they stuck with the install until the (same-day) job was finished. And it has been working well ever since. Had Brett come out to give me an estimate on a new air system as I am currently getting estimates around the area. He was extremely polite, professional, helpful, and everything I could ask for from a company. I currently am in the process of getting a couple more estimates before I make my final choice, but as of right now this company has my vote. I will post an update if I have them install my new unit.
