Expert Air began doing our A/C maintenance for our building about 3 years ago. At that time, we began using them for HVAC service. When one of our two air conditioners began malfunctioning in mid-November, I contacted them for service. They determined a new unit was needed and they were very fast to price a new unit and arrange an installation date in less than two weeks. Communication has been excellent and their work is professional. They did the work when they said they would. I recommend Expert Air highly to anyone.

My AC was not working and I called this company and the guy walked in my house and turned on my breaker that I did not know to check. He measured my air conditioner and told me the price for a new one. Mine is 20 years old. He was here a total of 5 minutes.I was charged$256.50 for him to turn on my breaker.When I looked at my bill it said the service man put on a part that I needed. I was standing right there and he replaced nothing. I called the office and was told the owner would get back to me. Have not heard from anybody from this company as of today.

It's so nice to have an AC company you can trust and feel good about. I was referred by a friend (Realtor) who said he had used them with at least 5 houses, and felt they were always fair and honest.
