My family used Wolfe and Sons for years. I'm not sure why mom stopped-I think one of her friends influenced her. Once the house became mine a few years ago, I used a few other contractors, but recently decided to return to Wolfe and Sons. My address was still in the system from mom. Excellent service. They called me back first thing the next morning after leaving a late evening message, worked in a quick visit, diagnosed the problem before lunch and had my furnace up and humming before dinner. They were a second opinion, but one I could trust. Wolfe & Sons won't always try to insist you get a new furnace on every visit like some of the other big names in town. I called Tim late in the morning on a Friday after waking up to a 52 degree house. A friend referred me to Wolfe & Sons. Tim was awesome, and fit me in that same day. He was great about communicating his arrival time with me, and had me up and running within 15 minutes, which was such a relief. What can I say? The reviews are correct. This is a top notch outfit. When my AC went out I was worried that I was going to go through hell getting it fixed and shell out a bunch of cash. I had them out Friday because my AC wouldn’t turn on. I didn’t know if it would be possible to get someone out before the weekend and I was very worried about the cost. The nicest, most honest guy was out before I had to leave for an appointment at 3pm. The problem was fixed quickly and I was NOT overcharged for something I didn’t need. Just as cold hit, some source of vacuum caused pressure switches to stick, and my only-3-year-old Rheem furnace couldn't deliver heat. No problems were evident in the unit itself. With a little detective work, turned out that mice had nested deep in the exterior intake, well out of sight. Mr. Mike Brown made time in an already busy day/season to provide excellent, professional, friendly, and timely service. Cost me no more than stated rate for time. Mike has helped make Wolfe and Sons my go to for emergency HVAC service in central Ohio.

As a realtor a lot of what I do depends on quality of service and follow through. My parents used Wolfe and sons to service their furnace on 8/29/17. They (Wolfe) tell me part of that maintenance is clearing out the drainage pipes and making sure there are no clogs. I walked into a big mess this morning due to a clog and the water backing up. … Their response was "I can show you the invoice", I don't need a piece of paper showing me that you claim you did something that obviously wasn't done. The total length of the pipe run is no more than 8 linear feet, nearly impossible for a full clog

We have used Wolfe and Son's for repairs on our Lennox unit twice. Both times the gentleman was so nice and quick and explained everything so well. Most recently they fit us in same day and then returned with a new part the next day (on a hot Friday in July, I'm sure he was very busy) to make sure our home was cool for us and our new baby. I cannot recommend them enough!
