Mng.Coffey and the Installers, Victor and Abel demonstrated knowledge, skill, good communication and goals to do a difficult install job well. They worked very hard under difficult conditions and communicated unforseen challenges and solved them. They made sure we had AC the first night and came back the next day to make sure the job was completed to their high standards. Glad to find Above and Beyond Air Conditioning & Heating. Tommy with Above and Beyond was a lifesaver! We moved into a new rental that had NO air conditioning. After our property management company failed to get a technician out on the same day, we made the call to Above & Beyond. After a few questions on the phone, he was at our house within half an hour at 9 PM! He quickly diagnosed and replaced a broken capacitor, and we had air conditioning in less than half an hour. We moved here from NC and got into town at 6:30pm only to discover our new house had no cold air blowing from the vents. We debated scrambling to find a hotel or putting in an emergency call for A/C. So I searched heating and air companies on HomeAdvisor and Tommy called us really quickly and set up a service call for 40 minutes later!

The AC unit needed to be replaced, a fact that had been confirmed by several companies. The Above and Beyond representative explained the problem, detailed the replacement process, sent a team to do the work, and company representative followed up immediately after the installation to insure that job was done correctly. The "replacement cost" was significantly better than larger companies. Highly recommended.
