Jerry was on-time and professional, and gave us a thorough diagnosis of our broken refrigerator in our garage. Turns out our fridge was too old to be repaired, and we really appreciated Jerry’s honesty and explaining to us why it wouldn’t be worth the money to try and repair. All made sense! He even checked out another fridge we had in our garage! Highly recommend for your appliance repairs!

I had an issue with freezer lights not working. It took some time to resolve this issue but Jerry never charged for the countless trips he took to debug. We were able to identify after sometime that it was one of the lights that was at a weird place that had gone bad. Anyone could have missed that light's location. I will use him again for his professionalism

Super happy with repair service at Frankies Appliance Repair. Response time to initial request was rapid; communication was great; and repair fee was resonable. Jerry was on time and a great guy. He knew quickly what was wrong with our washing machine and was able to provide a rough estimate of repair time (pending part arrival) and an estimate. Jerry was very responsive and professional. He took the time to come out and explain all of our options in repairing our old dishwasher in a way we could understand. He gave us recommendations for new dishwashers and a timeline for installation. Most of all, their pricing for installation was fair compared to other companies we called. The appointment feature is easy to use and they are very responsive with text messaging. Jerry even let me know when he was en route.
