I got a great response time from this company. The team came to look at my LG fridge with a set of replacement parts based on the model of my refrigerator which I provided on the phone. After inspection, the issue was identified as a defective control board that required replacement. The work was promptly done after some 40 minutes. I appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of this company. I will not be hiring anyone else for my appliance repairs.

My experience with All Austin Repairs so far has been 5-stars excellent. I can't say enough great things about them. I called early in the morning about my faulty and warm LG refrigerator and booked a visit. A couple of hours later, Elijah arrived to check my refrigerator. Seems like the culprit was the compressor so he had to order a new compressor, since fixing it requires a lot of hassle and money. Another hour later he came back with an ordered part, and it didn’t take him long to replace it. He was really friendly and neat. If you ever call them, ask for Elijah, the guy is really pro.

I used this company several times for my Sub Zero appliance repairs, and this time I had the owner on the phone. He could diagnose the issue with my leaky and problematic Sub Zero refrigerator by the phone, as he once repaired it, saying the water that was supposed to go down the defrost drain and then to this drain line is blocked somehow. Then he instructed me to pour hot water on the drain opening I found inside of my refrigerator. After a few attempts, I found that the drain hose was released, so I plugged the refrigerator back, and it's been a day, no more leaks were detected. Thank you so

Fast response, good value and knowledgeable tech. Took me a while to find a right company who works on LG refrigerators. Our lg fridge stopped cooling overnight and most of companies online refused servicing it. Apparently lg has compressor issues. Called them and Paul came the next day with the compressor. He diagnosed it and replaced it and I can be thankful enough. Definitely will recommend them.!
