Dryer drum wouldn't spin so I gave these guys a call and they had someone out just 3 hrs after I called! After trying to deal with Samsung appliance support (which was an absolute nightmare) this company was a godsend!! Night and day difference! Will definitely be using them for all my appliance issues! Oh and the price was super reasonable!

Earlier this morning, I had a tech came to my house to look at my washer. The man stood there looking at the washer.. for good hr. I had him call my wife to explain to him to what was wrong with it...? So they talk to each other and he quoted her 275$ the part cost 19.99 online. So she declined his services then he tells her.. there is a service fee.. what service fee? For standing around looking at the washer turn it on and off... nothing was fixed or changed..? So I called His manager... he started yelling at me demanded I need to pay service fees or he will sue me for theft!! They never told

I was told that a refrigerator that our company bought was very low on refrigerant or compressor failed internally and not pumping properly. The tech advised us that there were no service ports to hook up gages. He then advised me to replace unit versus putting any money into it due overall cost in repairing sealed system. Called for a second opinion and had a different company come out. New tech was able to create a service port which he said all air techs should be capable of doing and solve our problem within an hour. If I would have taken the 512 tech's advice I would have cost my company

I normally don't write Google reviews but wanted to help others AVOID THIS BUSINESS. In late 2018, I had a burner out on a stove and called for assistance. I scheduled a time, and it seemed the time was forgotten as I was called on the day of the service to ask about scheduling again. To be fair, a repair tech did arrive soon thereafter and seemed nice over the phone. Unfortunately, though, things quickly got worse. He called with a diagnosis of the problem which was inexpensive. He never called when he said he was going to to set an appointment, and then got snippy with me when I told him I'd called another company. He agreed to come out the next morning, and I cancelled the backup appointment.
He quoted me $69 service call fee on the phone, and then if I agreed to the repair after he had diagnosed the problem in person, the $69 would be applied to that repair. He came out, got right to work on disassembling the base of my dishwasher, removed

Horrible service. It was as if they do not want to make money either. We put in a request for service one week ago on Tuesday and were told a technician would contact us soon to set an appointment. We did not hear anything from the technician so called in on Friday to follow up. The service rep said he is not sure what happened but said the tech should call us immediately. Never did. We followed up again on Sunday and followed up again on Monday, almost one week later from the original call. They said that they will put our request back in the queue and the tech will contact us. Zero empathy whatsoever

Jeremiah was able to assist us with our washer repair after figuring out that our lid switch needed to be replaced. He ordered the part and returned to our home the next day to install. Would never recommend this company. Our Maytag washing machine indicated error F35 and would not go through a wash cycle - information that indicated a bad pressure switch. The repair man showed up but without a replacement pressure switch. One day later and $300 for repairs he replaced the switch. Two weeks later the same error showed up. When we called to report this, the company claimed they had no record of working on the machine and thus claimed no responsibiilty. What a rip off....

I am wondering how you guys had such bad luck with this company because I had the best service that anyone could ask for. Within a few hours after I set an appointment with the company to bring in tech to work on my fridge, Nate came on time and got everything done that was needed.
The job was cheaper than what was expected, and it was done faster than was expected. This company truly exceeded my expectations and will honestly use them again.

We had a terrible experience with this company. 24 7/day response means you can have an appointment on Monday. On Monday a person arrives who immediately asks to see the manual for your washer, gets on the phone with tech help and has difficulty removing the back panel to check even the basics. After asking to use the restroom to go "number 2" he successfully removed the back panel on the icemaker, continued to call for help and expressed hope that the washer had fixed itself. If you value your time or your money, call a different company. I had a total of 4 appointments and not once did they show up on time. Once, they didnt show at all. My washing machine broke & the problem was originally diagnosed as a clutch driver. After spending $250 on that, waiting a week on the part, and wasting hours of my time, I was told it was also a different problem. I wrote a second check for $277. I waited another week, repair guy didn't show or call. I call & was told my part was given to someone else & we would have to start over from scratch. I asked for a refund
