Legacy Flooring and Design was started in 2020 by husband and wife team, Jeffrey and Ashley Sims. Jeffrey started in the flooring industry at just 18 years old working under his older brother Jay Sims for his company. After many years in the industry and working with Jay and some of the best installers around the decision was made to take what he learned and branch out on our own.

Jeff and Ashley and and the Legacy crew were awesome. They took our ideas and worked with us and installed the floor in minimum time. Competitive pricing and excellent communication. Jeff will work with you even if you are a pain the butt like I was! 😅 Thanks again, I will definitely be using Legacy to install two more floors in my kid's rooms downstairs.

Jeff & his team did an excellent job with installing shiplap on an accent wall and my bar area. They took their time to ensure accuracy, and took my wife's vision and made it a reality! They do jaw dropping floor work but they have a hidden gem in their ancillary work like Shiplap!

Legacy Flooring & Design did a fantastic job installing new stairs at our home. They also gave us a great price. Staff was extremely professional and they installed the new stairs in a short amount of time. We just moved into our new home and wanted to get rid of our carpet asap!! I had several quotes and met with several businesses. I chose Legacy because they had a great value for the price and they were very friendly and not pushy. Ashley was great helping me choose which floor and color to go with.
