I am very leary of Alex. I had a great conversation with him on the phone about the job I needed done. He was super stoked to help and meet us. He talked of being a family guy, seemed great. Then he was a no show twice to meet up with us. Several calls and texts later...I still haven't heard anything from him. After reading similar experiences from other customers I think it may have been a blessing this guy is not doing our floor. I dont think he is in the right head space...if you know what I mean. Seems like he may be into other things...and not his business. Sorry but people you are going to

NIGHTMARE...Alex was supposed to polish my concrete floors in 2 days. After 14 days, several of which he was a no show, the floors were still not done...barely started. As a matter of fact he put swirl marks into the concrete and told me they were topical.
He made a mess of the work space and my outdoor patio. My house is full of silica dust.
He fought with one of his workers in my house...made things very uncomfortable.
He used some of my tools and supplies. He was never on time. He would say 9 a.m. and then show up at 5 p.m. to start working for the day with no communication.

I really wanted to give a better review, but I can't. Alex was not the best. He made promises regarding the flooring service that he did not keep. I still have holes in my terrazzo floors that should have been filled, and I'm missing thresholds that should have been placed. The crew also left splatters on my walls As Alex and his crew were working on my floors, he used my personal items, such as stools to lay resin and other tools, and my stools are destroyed.

Alex is very personable, and that’s how he get your business, he took 2k to self level my master bedroom on March 8th, he dumped concrete instead of self level, my floors are full of potholes and we can see and feel all the imperfections as we walk, he promised to refund my money yet I have not seen 1 dime, since then he stoped answering my phone calls. he is unethical and a con artist as others previously mentioned. Most of the reviews here are from his friends and family. Stay away.

Billy refinished my terrazzo floors. Before he started, he explained what he was going to do, and during the process. He did an amazing job of protecting the walls and other floors in the process. The machinery had to be brought across a sliding door track, and I was grateful to see his care in gently guiding his heavy machines over it so as not to damage it. He did a great job, and cleaned up beautifully. Should I decide to remove the vinyl tiles and carpet laid over the rest of the terrazzo, I will definitely be calling Alex and Billy at Florida Floor Finishing and Polishing.

Great Job Florida floor finishing 5***** Alex mentioned what may lie below a tiled floor of our new home. He mentioned Terrazzo floors. My wife and I never thought what to do, Clean the tile or add wood. Alex and his team removed the tiles and thinset along with vynal glue and holes everywhere. After consulting with Alex and advising us the value of a restored Vintage floor as opposed to removing all the tile and replacing it with new tile or wood, he promised me he and his crew would fully restore our Terrazzo floors for roughly $1.00 per square difference comparing options between tile and wood

I spoke to Alex not long ago about my terrazo polishing. I was willing to pay good money to get my floor redone. Alex said that someone (wasnt sure weather it was him or an associate) to come give us an estimate. He said they would be here at 5:30 pm. I waited an hour more than that and nobody had shown. I texted Alex multiple times and I did not receive a reply until the next business day. I have a life to run and cannot fool around with time. I advised Alex that I would be doing business with another company as he failed to be here when he said he was supposed to be. No time for that.
