The technicians were outstanding, starting on time and finishing when they said they would. The newly coated floor looks better than I thought possible.

I hired Dynamic floor coatings for my garage floor. I did my research on epoxy floors beforehand and had 5 companies come and give me quotes. Dynamic was offering the best solution (moisture barrier, wide selection of flake colors with no extra charge, fast curing/drying time and thick top coat) and with lowest price per sqft. Really found that firms either provide a “two top coat” system or moisture barrier underneath and single top coat. Having moisture barrier was important for me for piece of mind even as others claimed I didn’t need one (mainly cause they didn’t offer one or charged

Andrew and his crew took the time to walk us through the entire process, explain the how and why, quickly adjusted to last minute requests, competitive pricing, very knowledgeable, and the final result looks better than we had expected.
The prep work is what really impressed us. The time and attention to detail they put into making sure cracks were filled, imperfections in the concrete were fixed, and no damage was done to the surrounding areas.
We'll be hiring Dynamic Floor Coatings again on our future patio project.
