I need to rave about Chris and his professional efforts throughout our roofing experience. He was prompt, clear, and efficient and worked masterfully and proactively with the insurance adjusters. His crew was excellent, and our new roof looks fantastic.
When we had to call our AC company out for repairs, they asked about our roof, informing us that more often than not, roofers inadvertently harm AC parts (holes in radiator lines, etc.). When our AC technicians went to inspect the AC equipment in the attic, they actually complemented the work Outback Roofing had done--no damage to anything!

Great company in all areas. Very professional people from the receptionist and installers up through to the owners (Chris & Jen). Made it easy to work with my insurance company in a very timely manner. A roofing company that understands the value of good customer service and the importance of honesty and integrity, unlike most of the amateur roofers out there. Chris spent a good amount of time at my house explaining everything while getting to know him and feel comfortable hiring him. He met the insurance adjuster at my house a few days later and spent a good amount of time making sure that everything that was hail damaged was noted by the adjuster and included on his report. The roof was installed in one day and the crew did a good job of cleaning up and protecting shrubs and plants. I highly recommend Outback.

I was stuck in a new homeowner's nightmare; I had to emergently replace my entire roof. That being said, Chris promptly responded and was extremely knowledgeable. From the beginning meeting with Eddie he answered all my questions with great knowledge and professionalism in what I should expect. We own 2 multi-tenant buildings in Garland which developed roof leaks in 2014. Chris and Eddie from Outback were among several companies providing repair estimates.
