Had James come out and quote me for potential foundation issues. James Bond was a straight shooter, fair priced, and not pushy at all. I went ahead and had 10 piers installed to help push our foundation back up and get everything level. The installation team was very professional and did great work. I bought a property that came with a lifetime transferable warranty on the pier and beam foundation repair. The house inspection showed a 1.4 inch drop on one corner of the house. The walls in that corner of the house had some minor cracking in the sheet rock, and the brick outside showed a noticeable separation running down the side.

I had a french drain installed by James Bond a few years ago. Was supposed to go all the way to the street, crew did it to the sidewalk. Called in, crew was back out the next day and extended it, no hassle, admitted their mistake. Good work, too.
I recently had them back out for a gutter that was causing a hole in the ground due to erosion. Thought I needed another french drain, they looked at the problem, came up with a solution that didn't even involve them and saved me money! I trust them to tell me what the best course of action is when it comes to my drainage. Will not hesitate to call again

I've waited 2 years to write this because I wanted to see how the foundation repair work I had done by James Bond stood the test of time. Well, perfectly! I have seen no more movement of any kind on the building(a detached garage) after 2 years and it was so bad I thought it would have to be torn down initially. Crew was great, price was reasonable and the results speak for themselves. Highly recommended.
