Overall an excellent experience. We were having problems with our garbage disposal and our dish washer. I first spoke with Sara when making the appointment. I was unsure of the billing structure so she had Corey ( the owner) call me to personally explain. We made the appointment and Phillip (the technician) was on time, courteous and knowledgeable . We needed a new disposal and Phillip clearly explained several options. We made our choice and Phillip quickly and efficiently did the install. The issue with the dishwasher wasn’t as clear. I was left confused and disappointed. JVG came highly recommended. I can only conclude that the minor job I needed wasn't worth their time. I had an issue with my toilet and also wanted quotes on several other jobs. The initial response and visit happened quickly. I was committed to a toilet rebuild but didn't have time for that to be done during the initial consult; I was available any day thereafter. I was told I'd get a quote later that day for all four jobs we discussed, though I was ready for at least to the toilet repair asap. I heard nothing back for a week. When I called

We had JVG hook up new faucets and plumbing in our kitchen and bathrooms after having new sinks installed. They were courteous, professional and fairly priced. They were accommodating after an unexpected delay with the sink installation and stayed late on a Friday to get the job done. I'd definitely use and recommend them again.
